This work arises once an organisation has decided that AI risk needs to be addressed operationally. 

GLF advises boards, founders, and technical teams on AI governance, risk, and regulatory readiness, particularly where AI systems are being deployed into regulated markets or are subject to customer, investor, or regulatory scrutiny.

The focus is on helping teams structure AI governance proportionately - aligning with recognised frameworks where useful, without over-engineering early-stage or evolving systems. 

Support typically centres on clarifying responsibility, risk ownership, and documentation expectations so that AI development and deployment can continue with confidence.

This is not exploratory or evangelising work. It is intended for organisations that already recognise AI risk as a governance issue and want to address it in a commercially realistic, defensible way.
