GLF Strategic Compliance provides scoped, senior advisory support, rather than managed services or programme delivery.
Engagements are typically point-in-time, fixed-scope, and focused on helping organisations and their advisers make informed decisions under regulatory uncertainty.
I often work as an overflow or “second-brain” resource for law firms and in-house teams, supporting analysis, position development, and targeted drafting without competing for client relationships or taking ownership of ongoing compliance functions.
I do not act as a DPO-as-a-service, run enterprise-wide compliance programmes by default, or provide certification or sign-off. Where deeper remediation or implementation is required, my role is to help clarify what is needed and support escalation to appropriate internal teams or specialist advisers.
Additional experience:
In previous in-house and consulting roles, I have worked across a broad range of legal, risk, and compliance functions, including enterprise risk management, governance frameworks, startup and scale-up legal strategy, policy design, and compliance programme oversight. This background informs my current advisory work, particularly where legal, regulatory, and operational considerations intersect. However, these activities are not offered as standalone or managed services and are engaged only where relevant to a scoped advisory brief.
